2026 AASCA HelpSnackz Event

AASCA is proud to support Help Now AZ at our annual conference June 25th – June 27th. Help Now AZ is an Arizona nonprofit working to help restore dignity and hope for children and families experiencing homelessness.

AASCA hosts a charity/service project annually as a way to come together as an ASC community and directly support those in need.

Many homeless or displaced families cannot afford to provide their children with adequate meals. For many of these children, the only meals they obtain are through their school’s breakfast or lunch programs.
HelpSnackz fills the gap for these children by providing a nutritional snack bag.

Each month Help Now AZ provides 20,000-25,000 HelpSnackz Bags into twenty three school districts in and around Maricopa County. $5000 pays for 2500 bags, $7500 pays for 3750 bags and $10,000 pays for 5000 bags.

** BONUS ** Arizona Tax Credit Benefit. HELP Now AZ is a certified Arizona Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO)—so donations qualify for a dollar-for-dollar Arizona Charitable Tax Credit.

Arizona law allows QCO donations made during 2025 or donations made from January 1, 2026 through April 15, 2026 to be claimed on the 2025 Arizona income tax return- 2025 limits are $495 (single) and $987 (married).
